D&D Cleaners

I give them credit for having speedy turnaround time, HOWEVER… We won’t be using them again. They charged $14 EACH for my toddler’s size 2T dresses. $14 EACH! These are regular church dresses. The “fanciest” thing about them was a monogrammed initial on one. They also charged $3.95 for a pair of bloomers that went with one of the dresses. Fool me once, shame on you…

D&D cleaners  on Cypress St. ruined my Thomasville comforter that I paid $500.00 for !!!  It is a dry clean only item, I got it back so faded it has a white film all over it !!  It was a vibrant red comforter with multiple other bright floral colors, this was the first time cleaning it and it is ruined !!!  Don't use these people!!

They are so amazing and sweet! I had to get my dress cleaned for my MawMaw's funeral and they provided me with same day service! Their prices are good too! Thank you so much, because I was so stressed about getting my dress cleaned for her funeral. You made that happen for me with no worries! They told me more than once they were so sorry for my loss! I highly recommend this cleaners!!!!

I paid $46.50 to have a quilt cleaned
When I took it out at home of the carry bag the cleaner put it in, I discovered it was horribly wrinkled. It will require steaming or ironing.  I'm not sure.  This quilt was cleaned numerous times where I lived previously and I never got it back in this condition.  $46.50 waisted!

I love this place. The store is always clean and neat. I needed assistance with an issue and it was resolved quickly and nicely. I really like the card system they have in place and I think the pricing is fair. Definitely the nicest mat I’ve been to.

Washers are ok but dryers are the worst! After using 4 different dryers and losing 2$ to the dryers my clothes are still wet. The workers are very unprofessional and don’t help at all. I only have 1 star bc that’s all it will allow

The dryer smelled funny, and it took a while to get the quarters to take in the machine. The whole place seemed sketchy, and I'm not normally worried over things like that. Maybe it was just a moment in time, but the isolation of it makes me not want to get caught there alone.

Very clean and well kept laundromat. There are vending machines as well to provide refreshments in case of an extra long wait, and plenty of seating to wait on your laundry as well. The folding areas are nice and spacious, and there is usually a metal cart or two to help carry clothing around. I recommend this place if you do not have your own machines.

I normally go to a different place to wash my clothes, but they are closed and this place is open 24/7. Atmosphere is very creepy and sus.. but I need my clothes cleaned. There is trash on the floor which is ick.. but I'm frustrated because I had a dryer stop on me after like 3 minutes with 20 minutes of dry time in it. That dryer wouldn't give me my money back. Put my clothes in another dryer and it took some of my quarters as well. I will NEVER return here. 0 out of 10 do NOT recommend.

So my regular laundromat was open but the attendant was not there and the
change machine was out of service.  So unfortunately I found this place. In my 50 years of laundromat places this is far the worst. No attendant, fifty place with 60% of machines out of order. 2 machines stole my monet too. Will not be back

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!  DON'T LET THE LOOK OF CLEANLINESS FOOL YOU!!!! Washers sometimes fill up with water and sometimes it just spins with no water at all!! No one there to help or to call so if there's a problem you just have to wait and see if the owners might show up to collect their money from machines.  The dryers will ruin your clothes!!! Had the dryer grab and tear my shirts and the ones that aren't completely ruined have huge black marks from the dryer catching them and twisting them...have tried everything to get the marks off but they are permanent so I ended up with a bunch of ruined clothes. When I did talk to someone about it I was asked to leavey clothes which I absolutely would not they said they would call back about a solution to this problem and all my ruined clothes and got nothing...mind you this was after I'd been doing my laundry at this place for over a year. Pretty sad!!!

This place is great. We were in town for a week and needed to get some laundry done. Great prices and facility.

The machines here constantly break down with an error code, leaving your clothes wet, and no one is available to assist you. The phone numbers don't get an answer. You then have to pay more money to start a new wash.

When I went , there was a couple people at the time BUT they have so many washers and so much space you didn’t have to worry about bumping into anyone and you had plenty of washers to yourself ! It was clean air was on ! Amazing !!

Place was clean and nice atmosphere. Washers are awesome with the extra wash and rates rinse cycles. Dryer was great and did not over heat the clothes like the old dryers where there’s a heat spot😳 I like this place. If I come back to Louisiana, I will definitely use their services while on vacation! Recommend this place! A+

This is a fairly decent laundry mat. Clean for the most part but the last 3 times I've been there, normally late at night, there have been people hanging out in there, not using the washers or dryers, just begging for money or rides. It makes it really uncomfortable to get your laundry done without having to watch your back constantly. It's especially worrisome if your a female alone.

I’m a commercial driver been driving for over 6+ years and I would say this is the most convenient location to wash clothes very clean very accommodating. Best laundromat I’ve visited ever.

It’s a great place to wash and dry clothes but the restroom always locked on sundays

The Laundry Room is at a good location on Washington Street in West Monroe for me. It is air-conditioned in the Summer and heated in the Winter months. The Lady that workes there during the day keeps it clean and is very kind. They also have a change machine for the quarters that you need.
I highly recommend it and they also have a drop off Laundry Service where you drop off your Laundry at your convenience and pick it up later for a very reasonable fee. Over the years I have been very satisfied with their business.

Cheapest per load in town and fairly clean.  Don’t get me wrong there is much nicer but you get what you pay for and I prefer to not spend $100 doing laundry

It was really messy and extremely hot inside. The soda machine cost $2 a drink which is outrageous. But the machines work ok and there's lots of cameras so I guess u could feel safe

Great prices starting at $2.50 all the way to huge washing machines and huge dryers as well. Minimum for dryer and then, while it is still drying add a quarter (25 cents) it will put an extra 5 minutes. Clean place. Clean bathrooms. Administration is there until 5pm. Open 24 hours. Great location!
